It’s still too easy to create disposable Twitter accounts. Blocking an account doesn’t help anything.

Maybe when a Tweet is abusive, Twitter should provide a tool to tell the kids mom.
Blocking an account doesn’t solve the problem. It’s too easy to create “disposable” accounts.
